If it’s the photo I’m thinking of, my #1 son Peter took the shot on Australia Day 2007, #2 son Andy (who staged the shot) uploaded it to Flickr and released it under a creative commons attribution sharealike licence. I used it in three blog posts and it has been #1 on Google Images search for “Australia Day Pool Party” for about two years.

I am wondering if you entered it or did someone just steal the photo from Google Images?? The eventual winner of the competiton (which was announced today) also just happened to be on Google Images.
