I agree with some commenters that the front-line ADF units are too busy to worry about this.  However, I'm certain that if some of the budget currently allocated to back-room PR spin &#038; recruiting were diverted to developing a workable policy on milblogs, the payback to the ADF in terms of troop morale, public support and easier recruiting would be enormous.</description>
